Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within delivery confirmed by way of order number.  Customers are liable for use of courier postal services and associated costs. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by ALTECH AUTOPAGE ONLINE is subject to availability. In case of Unavailability, ALTECH AUTOPAGE ONLINE will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation, the client will attract a 15% administration fee.  You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.  If you receive your order damaged/defective please contact info@Altech Autopage Online.co.za immediately.

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard  or by bank transfer into the ALTECH AUTOPAGE ONLINE bank account, the details of which will be provided automatically should you select the option.
Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for ALTECH AUTOPAGE ONLINE via VCS (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.  VCS uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to www.VCS.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. 
Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by ALTECH AUTOPAGE ONLINE separately from card details which are entered by the client on VCS's secure site.  For more detail on VCS refer to www.VCS.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
